Explanation of Responses:
1. The Reporting Person acquired the reported securities as a result of the redemption by the Issuer of certain class B units ("Class B Units") in LGP Operations LLC ("LGP Operations"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer, owned by the Reporting Person. Each Class B Unit represents a profits interest in LGP Operations (the "Profits Interests"). The vested Profits Interests owned by the Reporting Person became eligible for redemption on March 15, 2017, pursuant to the award agreement related to the Profits Interests.
2. As provided in the Amended and Restated Omnibus Agreement of LGP Operations LLC, dated March 4, 2014, as amended, prior to redemption, the Issuer elected to redeem the vested Profits Interests in exchange for common units of the Issuer on a one-to-one basis.
3. The Profits Interests were issued to the Reporting Person under the Lehigh Gas Partners 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan on March 14, 2014 and vested in full on March 15, 2017.
4. The Reporting Person acquired the reported securities as a result of the redemption by the Issuer of certain class B units ("Class B Units") in LGP Operations LLC ("LGP Operations"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer, owned by the Reporting Person. Each Class B Unit represents a profits interest in LGP Operations (the "Profits Interests"). The vested Profits Interests owned by the Reporting Person became eligible for redemption on March 4, 2017, pursuant to the award agreement related to the Profits Interests.
5. The Profits Interests were issued to the Reporting Person under the Lehigh Gas Partners 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan on March 4, 2015 and vested in full on March 4, 2017.
6. The Reporting Person acquired the reported securities as a result of the redemption by the Issuer of certain class B units ("Class B Units") in LGP Operations LLC ("LGP Operations"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer, owned by the Reporting Person. Each Class B Unit represents a profits interest in LGP Operations (the "Profits Interests"). The vested Profits Interests owned by the Reporting Person became eligible for redemption on March 12, 2017, pursuant to the award agreement related to the Profits Interests.
7. The Profits Interests were issued to the Reporting Person under the Lehigh Gas Partners 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan on March 12, 2015 and vested in full on March 12, 2017.

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned hereby appoints each of Gerard J. Sonnier, Giovanna Rueda, and Frank Macerato, as the undersigned's true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act for and on behalf of and in the name, place and stead of the undersigned to:
1.	prepare, execute and file, for and on behalf of the undersigned any and all documents and filings that are required or advisable to be made with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, any stock exchange or similar authority, under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, including without limitation any Form 3, 4, or 5 (or any successor schedules or forms adopted under the Exchange Act) and any amendments to any of the foregoing; and

All prior Powers of Attorney are hereby revoked.  This Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect until revoked by the undersigned in a signed writing delivered to an attorney-in-fact.
This Power of Attorney shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
