Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) amends the Current Report on Form 8-K for Lehigh Gas Partners LP (referred to herein as the “Partnership”)), originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 1, 2014 (the “Original Filing”), solely for the purpose of adding the disclosure required by Item 9.01 (a) and (b) which was inadvertently omitted from the Original Filing. Except as described herein, no other changes have been made to the Original Filing.
